Description
Vathiavali Beach is a few kilometers from Palero in Aitoloakarnania, very close to Pogonia. The scenery with green landscape and white sand resembles Lefkada, and it may have once been part of Lefkada. Vathiavali has crystal clear turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea and a virgin green landscape. It was unknown for many years, and in recent times has gained more visitors, once known mainly to sailors.
