Description
Lentas, Heraklion, Crete, Greece, offers anchorage in 3 m of water with a sandy bottom about 50 m from the beach. There are several tavernas but no pontoon, and landing is on the beach. East of the village, opposite Psamidomouri Cape, a rock resembles a crouching elephant, with another beach opposite it. Further on, Cape Trafoulas resembles a crocodile from Lendas, linked to a local legend about Cleopatra.
