Description
Uvala Unije near Unije, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Croatia, has posidonia and sand seabed with only a few centimeters of sand over smooth rock, and the anchor holds better closer to the island. It is exposed to N and NW, dangerous in strong winds from the 3rd and 4th quadrants and summer squalls, and you should then leave; watch out for Školjić Rock at the south point and sail around it to the north, and note heavy swells from ships and ferries, keeping distance to the pier and ensuring the anchor holds.
