Center of port has been DREDGED allowing sailboats to park: (1) in long line, (2) SOUTH SIDE along quay behind south dike, (3) WEST SIDE in front of shops (over 100m wide). Depth: 4m deep all along except entrance center. CRITICAL NAVIGATION WARNING: BE CAREFUL at entrance. GO CLOSE to SOUTH MALL. At CENTER of entrance: depth is UNDER 2m - this is a serious grounding risk. MANDATORY: Approach along south side only. Facilities and Mooring: NO ELECTRICITY (2021 status) - columns not connected. Water AVAILABLE FREE. Mooring FREE. Services: ATM, Car rental, Market, Restaurant, Water. City is touristy but not particularly beautiful, EXCEPT: construction on hill to EAST - in ruins, HISTORICAL INTEREST, ILLUMINATED at night. Contact: No phone or website.
