Description

Mesa Pigadia beach (Black Beach), Santorini, Aegean, Greece offers good anchorage with sand and some rocks, and good holding, sheltered from NE to NW winds. It lies near Akrotiri and the lighthouse at the southwest end of the island. The long beach has black sand, black pebbles and stones, and high vertical cliffs. Facilities include sunbeds, umbrellas, a beach bar and restaurant, and a tavern. Access is by boat or dirt road.
