Description
Limenas Chersonisou, Heraklion, Crete, Greece, has good anchorage on sand in about 4 m for westerly winds, with space for a number of boats. The town is noisy with a lot of motorized water traffic. South of the harbor there is rocky ground that can be too shallow even for a dinghy, and this is shown on charts.
