Anchorage
Description
Gramvousa Beach, Chania, Crete, Greece offers mooring in clear water with 3 m of sand bottom and access to the beach by dinghy. Do not get too close to the pontoon because a big charter comes in the morning to land visitors for the fort. To avoid maneuvers, anchor south of a line between the quay and the wreck and 100 m from the quay. The ascent to the citadel offers a beautiful panorama. There is no internet connection, and there are many mooring blocks and random lines and chains on the bottom.
