Description
Elounda, Crete, Greece, has a port that is not accessible to sailboats due to lack of space, with local and excursion boats to Spinalonga occupying it. Access by dinghy is easy and anchoring near the port is easy. The anchorage is very well protected even in strong wind with very good holding. The village of Elounda is worth visiting.
