Diaporti beach - Central Macedonia - Greece Anchorage in Macedonia and Thrace

Diaporti beach, Sithonia, Central Macedonia, Greece, is on the southwest coast and reachable via a dirt road, connecting the mainland with the small islet of Pounta close to shore. The beach is a small spot of gravel and pebbles with a pebbled sea bottom; at low tide a causeway connects to Pounta, while at high tide it looks cut off but remains shallow enough to walk through. It is one of the least known beaches, usually quiet except for single boats, and Pounta has private property fenced so you cannot walk on the island.
