Anchorage

Description

Cape Greco anchorage in Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Cyprus, is an excellent well sheltered anchorage. The area has multiple nature trails with pine trees, benches, and sea cliff views, including part of the E4 trail and the 2 km Aphrodite trail. The tiny whitewashed church of Agoi Anargyroi sits above steps to the sea where holy water runs, and a trail leads to the Cyclops cave with a picnic site. There are cycling paths, limestone cliffs with caves called the Palaces, and warm seas with visibility up to 40 meters. Sea temperatures range from 16oC to 28oC, and the area is popular with divers for the scenery and marine life.
