Description
Anse de l’Arène in Cassis, France, lies east of downtown at the foot of Cape Canaille. It is a little-known rocky beach with beautiful surroundings of pines and vineyards. Swimming is not easy due to rocks, but the beach is reputed for diving and underwater fishing. There are a few secret beaches to the left beneath Cape Canaille, with potential danger from falling rocks.
