WV IJburg Marina on Haveneiland in Amsterdam operates as an association harbor serving members who live on IJburg. The facility features 120 berths accommodating various vessel types including large and small sailing boats, sloops, motor boats, and eight optimists designated for youth sailors. A limited number of berths are reserved for sponsors who contributed to the marina's financing. The harbor provides berthing options divided into boxes measuring 6, 8, 10, and 12 meters in length. Nearly all berths include electricity connections, while a central tap point supplies drinking water and an intake station handles waste water disposal. Guest berths are available for visiting vessels, with WV IJburg accommodating approximately 7 transient boats with shore power connections, depending on vessel length. Mariners should note that a 140-meter-long steel sheet piling breakwater runs parallel to and just outside the fairway in front of the harbor entrance.
