The maximum permitted boat length is 12 meters, and the harbor maintains a draft of 1.30m -NAP. Beyond berth holders, the association also includes members who exclusively use the boat ramp facilities. The port is strategically positioned approximately 2 km from the Haringvliet and 12 km from the Oude Maas. The Spui is characterized as a deep tidal river, and mariners should note that the marina entrance is located diagonally opposite the working harbor of Simonshaven in Zuidland. Navigation requires careful attention to cross currents that can reach speeds of approximately 3.5 km/h when entering the harbor. The harbor layout consists of a long harbor channel combined with a small harbor basin. All berths are situated on the east side of the facility. Upon entry, visiting boaters will find berths for passers-by immediately on the port side. Following the bend in the harbor channel, members of the association have their designated berths.
