Upon arrival, vessels moor at the designated reporting jetty where the harbor master provides guidance to suitable berths. During high season, harbor master services are available daily from 09:00 to 22:30 hours to assist with all marina-related questions. When harbor masters are off duty, visiting boats can moor independently in boxes marked with green signs or on the starboard side of the longitudinal jetty with the bow facing the IJ. The marina exclusively accommodates ships with overnight facilities, and berths for vessels without cabin accommodation such as open sloops are not available. All berths feature connection points for electricity and water supply. The daily rate is €1.75 per meter (2023 pricing) which includes electricity, water access, and WiFi connectivity. A single-day berth requires departure before noon the following day. Advance berth reservations are not accepted at WSV Aeolus.
