Veli Iž Marina (Veli Iž) - Opčina Zadar - Iž - Croatia

Marina Veli Iž is a small, sheltered marina on the southern side of Veli Iž harbor, open year-round. The approach is not difficult and the red light signal makes it easy to recognise the entrance at night. However, if coming from the north, you should sail in a wide arc to enter the yacht harbour as the sewer tunnel from the hotel reduces the water depth considerably. The marina has 50 berths with mooring lines, all equipped with electricity and water connections, plus 150 dry berths. Should the marina berths be filled, you can also moor at the west quay of the town harbour, where it is recommended to tie the bow to the quay and drop the stern anchor. The island of Iž does not have its own fuel station for ships. The closest fuel station is located in Zaglav on the neighbouring island of Dugi Otok.
