Description
Varkiza beach (Vari) in Attica, Greece offers a large anchorage with very good holding in a sandy bottom at 5 meters and good protection from the north. It is noisy with a main street and beach bars, but there are many options to eat out. The beach is less crowded, with facilities like volley courts, snack bars, and a play area, and it is reachable by bus from town. Varkiza is a lively summer area with cafes, restaurants, and coastal complexes with sea views.
