Sveti Ante, Silba, Zadar County, Croatia, is a really nice bay where you must use fee-based buoys. The water is wonderfully clear, and the east bay has lovely turquoise water. Approach carefully to the isolated danger sign. Buoys have a passing-through line ending with a loop for attaching directly or for passing your own line.
