Description
Recreational island Het Kevereiland in Kaag, Netherlands, offers an ideal overnight stay for a maximum of 3x24 hours. It can be very busy in summer and is sheltered all around by its layout. The basin has many mooring places; staying is free during the day, but at night you pay a small fee. Mooring is allowed anywhere in consultation with harbor masters Edwin and Gilia. The banks are low, so mind fenders and boarding. There is no shore power, drinking water, or sanitary facilities. There are bookcases for browsing, rubbish bins, and the marina manager can take your garbage ashore.
