Port Agios Nikolaos is a town pier in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, Ionian Islands, Greece, located at coordinates 37.906426°N, 20.707782°E. SECOND port of Zakynthos, connecting with Pessada, Kefalonia island, during summer. Set in sheltered bay with islet in front.\n\nBoat Trips: MANY speed boats and boat trips to BLUE CAVES and NAVAGIO BEACH run from here all day long. Trip MUCH SHORTER compared to boats starting from Zakynthos town. Nearby services: ATM, gas station, market, restaurant, anchorage.\n\nFacilities: Nice tavernas and bakery around port. Small pebbly beach between two piers.\n\nTip: Second Zakynthos port with summer ferry to Pessada, Kefalonia. Sheltered bay with islet. MAJOR advantage - BLUE CAVES and NAVAGIO BEACH boat trips MUCH SHORTER than from Zakynthos town (all day departures). Nice tavernas, bakery. Small pebbly beach between piers. The shorter Blue Caves/Navagio trips make this strategic base for exploring Zakynthos' most famous attractions.
