Otok Marinkovac (Hvar) in Opčina Hvar, Marinkovac, Croatia is a nice calm weather spot with an easy run across to Hvar. It has good holding with a line ashore; drop anchor so the bow faces out towards the channel to help with swell from passing boats. The water is crystal clear and there is a great view of Hvar.
