Description
Nea Artaki Anchorage in Eubója, Central Greece has a great town with restaurants, shopping, and friendly people, but you need to anchor. The harbour has laid lines and is full of local boats, with the left of the west quay reserved for big yachts and lines too short for smaller boats. The harbour is full of chains, so if you anchor you need a long chain and to drop it very close to fishing boats. Alternatively, anchor just before entering the port where there is room. Many restaurants are around the port and a clear-water beach is five minutes away.
