Description

Mirtee Telendos, Telendos, South Aegean, Greece, has difficult anchoring and it is sometimes not allowed. The sea channel inspires local legends, including the story of Potha and reports of a sunken city. Telendos is a small island 750 m from Kalymnos, with few inhabitants and a place for recreation; many visitors reach it, and people swim daily through the narrow passage with strong currents. Across from Kalymnos beaches like Myrties and Masouri, it appears as a serene oasis without a road network or transport.
