Mercator Marina is situated in the heart of Ostend, Belgium, offering convenient access to the city center's culinary venues, cultural attractions, and shopping streets that lead directly to the marina. From Easter holidays until October 15, guests can access new luxury sanitary facilities equipped with showers, toilets, washing machines, dryers, and children's changing tables. Shower tokens are no longer required. During winter months, sanitary facilities with showers and toilets are available at Kapellebrug, located between dock 1 and dock 2. The pontoons feature recently renewed electricity connections providing 220V – 16A (EC plug) at €1.00 per kW, along with water connections for all berths. For cyclists, a secure bicycle storage shed accessible with a chip card is available to marina customers. A waiting pontoon is positioned just before the Mercator lock entrance, outside the pontoon parallel to Churchill quay. This pontoon is designated for temporary use only, until the next incoming lock operation.
