Description
Koukoumitsa is a picturesque, lushly green island east of the port, connected to the mainland by a newly built pedestrian bridge and ideal for an evening walk. Among the pine trees is the small church of Agios Nektarios, which the faithful used to reach on foot through the water. Between the island and the mainland there is a beach that is a good spot for a dip.
