Description

Kos Marina is strategically positioned in the centre of Kos Island in the South Aegean, offering 265 berths for yachts ranging from 8 to 80 metres in length. Located in the heart of the Aegean Sea, one of Europe's most significant sailing destinations, the marina serves as an ideal base for exploring the Greek islands. Kos Island itself is widely recognized as the birthplace of Hippocrates, the father of medicine, and is affectionately known as the island of bicycles. The marina features six piers designed for easy navigation, all providing permanent moorings with comprehensive utilities at each docking station. Berth facilities include water supply, electricity supply up to 400 Amps, telephone connections, and satellite TV connections. Security is prioritized throughout the marina, with all six piers protected by electric sliding gates that require a valid card-pass for access, issued by the marina administration. The marina has been upgraded with brand new mooring lines to ensure safe docking procedures. Protected side berthing is specifically available to accommodate larger yachts, making Kos Marina suitable for vessels across a wide size range. The combination of modern infrastructure, comprehensive utilities, enhanced security measures, and the central location on Kos Island makes this marina a well-equipped facility for yacht owners navigating the Aegean Sea.
