Description
Kakome Beach lies on the Ionian Coast west of the village of Nivica, between Cape Qefali and Akroriza beach. It is one of the quietest beaches on the coast and can be accessed by car, though it is more beautiful by boat. The beach has a 1 km stretch of sand with a small port in the middle. It was once an army base and access may be limited during some periods. Kakome has fine white sand and gravel, with blue sea and surrounding greenery. There are no cafes or restaurants, so visitors should come prepared and bring water.
