Marina Nauerna in Assendelft welcomes visiting boats with dedicated facilities for passers-by. Located in the Zaanstad region, the marina offers convenient access from both the North Sea Canal and Nauernasche canal. Pier I and the quay are exclusively reserved for visiting vessels. When approaching from the North Sea Canal (East), Pier I is the first pier visible on your left. Boats arriving from the Nauernasche canal (north) should sail along the harbor until nearly passing it, then turn right around the last pier. The daily mooring rate is €1.50 per meter, which includes electricity, water, and wifi access. Reservations are not required for standard stays. For extended visits of one week or longer, attractive discounts are available upon request. The marina provides comprehensive facilities including toilets, showers, and washing facilities equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Coins for the washing facilities can be purchased at the harbor office, which also sells gas bottles for boaters. Free bicycle rental is available at the harbor office, allowing visitors to explore the surrounding area. Popular destinations include Nauerna, Westzaan, and other picturesque Zaan villages located near the marina. The bridge in front of the marina has a vertical clearance of 3.5 meters and operates on a regular schedule. During the summer season, bridge service hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 07:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00. Please note these bridge times apply specifically to the summer season. The harbor office is closed on Mondays. On this day, boaters can pay their mooring fees through the Blue water app, though washing coins and gas bottles are not available for purchase. De Waterraaf restaurant welcomes marina visitors for coffee, lunch, dinner, and drinks throughout their stay.
