Description
Evripos Old Bridge Transit (Xirovrisi) in Central Greece is an ideal place to wait for the bridge to open. Coming from the south, moor on the red pier to starboard before the bridge, do paperwork at the port office in front, then anchor opposite while waiting. Opening hours are variable; check the notice posted daily on the bridge sides or call the harbor master's office at +30 222 102 2275. Half an hour before opening, the harbor master calls each boat on VHF 12.
