Cherronissos bay, South Aegean, Sifnos, Greece, is best to stay in front of the port because it is crowded by small local boats. There are many chains and hawsers under 8 m depth. It offers good Meltem protection and a nice stopover atmosphere, with a very small grocery store and no cell phone reception.
