Anchorage

Description

Cala Torta is an unspoilt beach in a remote area about 10 km from Arta, on northern Mallorca. There are no hotels or buildings, only a small bar. It is the largest beach of the township, with white sand bordered by small cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation, and clear turquoise waters. On the left side a hill leads to the next cove, Cala Mitjana. Amenities are few but include the small bar, with fruit sold in high season. On days of strong wind, waves form that attract surfing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding.
