Description

Brugse Zeil-en Yacht Club (BZYClub) in Brugge is accessible by sailing vessel via the Boudewijnkanaal from Zeebrugge port. The 6 nautical mile route allows passage with mast upright. Lock and canal communication on VHF Channel 68, while Zeebrugge port operates on Channel 71. Two entry options are available: Option 1 uses Lock Visart (western route), sailing south on the canal through Spoorwegbrug and Dudzelebrug to reach Brugge. Option 2 enters via Lock P. Vandamme (eastern route), passing through the inner harbour bridge, turning south into the canal, and navigating past the Railway bridge, Roskam A11 bridges, and Dudzelebridge before arriving at the marina.
