Anchorage
Description
Blue Lagoon in Paphos, Republic of Cyprus, is the most popular anchorage in the northwest and can be packed with day trip boats in summer. Anchor in 6 meters over clear sand to stay away from the crowd; trip boats leave in the evening and the anchorage becomes peaceful. You can also anchor in the west bay, Fontana Amorosa, where a small patch of sand is surrounded by rocks, and lines ashore help limit swinging.
