Description

ACI Marina Pomer is a beautiful and modern marina of Mediterranean look located in the northwestern part of Medulin Bay. The marina features new reception and exchange office, ATM, new toilet facilities with separate accessible toilet section, laundry, grocery store operating during boating season, charter agency, technical service, and crane for boats up to 10 tons. Additional facilities include premises for crew, automated and guarded driveways, car parking, new electrical cabinets on dry berthing, and pumping station for waste water from vessels. The marina offers latest WLAN internet access and is equipped with electric power connections from 16 to 63 A. The new restaurant has a lovely terrace with swimming pool and pool bar next to it. A special storeroom is available where boaters can store equipment such as bicycles, scooters, surfboards, and outboard motors. The marina features 'green islands' used for selective waste collection. The bay opens between Cape Kamenjak and Cape Marlera. Due to numerous reefs and shoals, it is recommended to approach through the main channel sailing east of islet Fenera (position 44°46.2'N 13°57.2'E), then pass between islands Ceja and Bodulaš. As the sea is much shallower around Bodulaš Island, it is safer to sail closer to Ceja Island. When approaching at night, the course between islands Ceja and Bodulaš is marked by lighthouse on Cape Munat (Fl W R 2s 9m 7/4M). Once deep inside the bay, steer toward the middle of passage between Cape Munat and Cape Kašteja, then toward island Pomerski Školjić, which should be rounded from the east. ACI Marina Pomer is sighted next. In daylight it is recognisable by distinctive white crane.
